Vitamin For Hair Growth – Know about the vitamins level

Biotin is also known as coenzyme or vitamin H. Biotin is found in egg yolk, yeast and liver and is included in vitamin B complex. It is used in the synthesis of glucose and fatty acids. The other names of this vitamin are Biotina, Biotine, Biotine-D, Coenzyme-R, D-Biotin, Vitamine B7, Vitamine H and W Factor. The vitamin Biotin is found in many foods but in small quantities. Biotin can reduce the Biotin related deficiencies such as long-term tube feeding, malnutrition, rapid weight loss and in pregnancy. Some of the oral uses of Biotin are in hair loss, skin rash in infants, brittle nails, diabetes and mild depression.

The Best hair growth products are providing a lot of benefits to the growth of hair. The products have natural and active ingredients available to avoid the side-effects on the health of the people. There are fewer chances of malnutrition among the people with the best hair growth products.

Biotin is a key component of enzymes and it breaks down certain substances such as fats and carbohydrates in the body. The symptoms of Biotin deficiencies include thinning of the hair and red rough rashes around the nose, eyes and mouth. Other symptoms include hallucination, exhaustion and depression and also tickling of the legs and arms. A little proof is there that confirms diabetes could lead to Biotin deficiency.

How Effective and Safe is Biotin for Hair Growth?

There is some preliminary proof that if Biotin is taken in combination with zinc by the mouth then it can reduce the hair loss. Biotin is the vitamin that may work for some people but may not work for others. This is because Biotin may not stimulate hair growth. Rather, it renews the roots and follicles of the hair that are growing. The intake of Biotin causes the hair to grow thicker, fuller and healthier than before along with skin and nails. Therefore, it is beneficial in the instances of alopecia. But, Biotin does not work in severe cases of baldness.

The good thing though is that research is proven that Biotin is a safe drug to take even if the intake is high. Of course, there are a few side effects of Biotin. But the bottom line is that it is safe if taken in right quantities and is relatively inexpensive to take. The potential advantages most certainly outnumber the drawbacks.

Does Biotin for Hair Growth Really Works?

There is still no conclusive evidence that Biotin can make the hair grow faster, although doctors certainly believe that Biotin does not. But, it doesn’t imply that Biotin cannot improve the growth of hair. It is true that the consistent and regular use of Biotin does make the roots and follicles healthier and stronger. It slows down the hair loss rate and makes the hair grow longer.

At present, no sufficient evidence can prove that biotin vitamins are poisonous. In theory, oral biotin increments were consumed by people with genetic biotin metabolism ailments as well as ordinary healthy people. The results from these tests showed that biotin is not harmful to consume. The tests also revealed that there isn’t any bearable level of biotin intake as was recognized by the Institute of Medicine. Biotin sometimes has been known to intermingle with some drugs and nutrients that may cause health issues. Sources also reveal that excessive quantities of pantothenic acid popularly known as vitamin B5 can lower the biotin absorption in intestines and cells. The reason for this is the similar structures of the two nutrients.

The people who take anti-seizure medications on long durations may also feel a lower level of biotin in the blood. This may lead to biotin deficiency also. The continued treatment with some antibiotics can decrease the bacterial synthesis of biotin. This process increases the need for more Biotin intake in the body.

What is the Proper Dosage of Biotin for Hair Growth?

Only 30 micrograms of Biotin is needed to be taken by most adults in a day to keep their hair, skin and nails in good health. This amount can be easily consumed from a balanced diet. However, the required amount of Biotin in the body is much higher in case of hair growth.

The recommended dosage prescribed by doctors is normally between 500 and 700 micrograms of biotin in a day but sometimes could be higher, up to 1000 micrograms. Since Biotin intake is known to cause no harm thereby, some people increase their daily quantity to as high as 5000 micrograms. But, there is no surety of any extra benefits to their Hair Growth. The additional biotin is rejected from the body in the form of urine and gives a florescent yellow color to the urine as a result. Biotin for hair growth should be consistently taken for a minimum of 3-6 month duration to get the desired results. Users are advised to consult their doctor before starting to consume biotin vitamins for their hair growth. Usually, doctors give different dosage advice to different people, according to their overall condition.

The proper dose of biotin depends on various factors such as the customer’s age, health and many other situations. There is not enough scientific information about the correct dosage of Biotin to be given till now too. Although, no recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for biotin has been given for biotin as yet but, the adequate intakes (AI) have been established in such quantities for people of different ages.
